We obligate ourselves to deliver our customers' freight on time and undamaged when we accept their business. This is what they are paying for. Customers simply will not put up with poor service. One of the realities of life is that customers have many good choices for truckload carriers. When we alienate our customers with less than satisfactory service, we give them an excuse to go to our competition.
